It is important to discuss with Buyers what their goals are and how, working together, we can best meet those goals. My job includes educating my clients about the real estate market so that they have a realistic understanding of what they can purchase in their price range.

I try to promote open communication with my clients throughout all of the stages of the buying process because it is important to me that my clients are comfrotable with each stage of the transaction.

This includes encouraging questions at our initial meeting, as well as during the search for property, the property inspection, the financing stage, the property appraisal, the review of the title report, and the escrow and closing process.
